Since joining BTS in 2018, Tom’s focus has been on providing strategic legal, technical and delivery advice on utility constraints affecting large residential development schemes to some of the UK’s biggest house builders. In 2021 he was awarded a distinction for his MSc in Real Estate Management. His thesis was on public perceptions of the amenity value of public open space.
“I like a country walk followed by a pint in a nice pub. Or climbing mountains. I also like watching and playing sport, and I’m the proud owner of four very cheeky Polish and Silkie chickens!”
