Louise worked at CBRE for over a decade as a surveyor and specialised in investment valuation. She managed portfolios in excess of £50 million and had overall responsibility for co-ordinating large-scale valuation instructions. This was to ensure the timely delivery of valuations for accounting performance measurement, investor reporting and loan security purposes.
Louise joined BTS in 2017 and became Managing Director in 2020. She heads up the office while specialising in providing strategic advice to clients on all types of utility constraints.
I love spending time with my family and my very lively Labrador Nala. I’m always keen to try adventure sports, or spend time at the gym, and I enjoy travelling and watching the Rugby.”
