Cat worked as a planning consultant at Avison Young for 13 years, before joining BTS in 2022. She has advised public and private sector clients across a range of sectors including education, office, industrial, leisure and custodial.
Cat assesses the opportunities and constraints presented by the planning system and advises clients on development potential. She has secured planning permission and prepared vision documents and local plan representations for numerous major residential schemes.
In my spare time I’m usually doing a pilates class or playing superheroes with my two little boys. My dream is to take the family skiing.”
