Ben Tibbetts

Ben worked in professional development consultancy at Knight Frank, and on valuation, development, land disposal and acquisitions at DTZ. As a land buyer for Taylor Wimpey, he had the opportunity to see things from a client perspective. He also spent five years as Managing Director at a specialist surveying firm, which advised developers, investors and landowners on wayleaves, easements, and compulsory purchase.

Ben established BTS in 2015, providing specialist advice on utility constraints on development sites. In 2018 he set up BTS’ sister company: Land Attic.

I never stop moving, I never stop thinking, and I like anything adventurous. When I’m not spending time with my kids I love rock climbing, skiing, downhill mountain biking, and any kind of team sports.”
