Technical expertise to maximise efficiency and deliverability
We can provide technical advice on projects alongside our existing development project management service. We use our technical expertise to review existing utility and infrastructure networks, suggest opportunities for enhancement and develop additional utility services. We also provide diversion feasibility options and budget costings for new connections, in order to maximise efficiency and deliverability for services on new developments.

East London
Relocation of utility constraint on landmark redevelopment
BTS successfully established landowner legal rights, and undertook technical negotiations relating to a significant utility constraint on a major mixed use development site. BTS secured a full cost contribution for the diversion and agreed a viable diversion route with the Distribution Network Operator, no small feat given the congested location. The solution will release additional development land across the site within a timeframe compatible with the overall site delivery timeline.
