BTS was founded in 2015 and has grown steadily to become a leading property consultancy. We are highly skilled surveyors who excel in their fields. Members of our management team all worked their way up in large city practices and a PLC housebuilder, gaining more than 20 years’ experience.

BTS has a wealth of knowledge and experience to offer in terms of planning, development, technical concerns, utilities and valuation. We work with our clients to enhance the value of their land, from site selection, energy generation, new connections, and property rights, right through to delivering complex pipeline and electricity apparatus diversions. We are also highly experienced in unlocking difficult sites and adding value through the mitigation of utility constraints over land.
